Yusuf Razak

Yusuf Bin Razak  is a commercial law specialist and an international law professional. He advises on a wide range of commercial contracts, particularly in the public sector, and he also advises on the sale and purchase of private companies. He helps clients operating both in the UK and overseas, often in emerging and frontier markets.

RAZAK qualified at Halliwells in 2001 and then joined the corporate department at Solomon Taylor & Shaw specialising in the multi-million pound sale and purchase of private companies and the structuring of joint ventures and shareholder agreements. In 2003 RAZAK joined a firm that focused on helping French businesses invest in the UK and, in addition to advising on corporate matters.
